Tiny Team Marketing is a B2B marketing consultancy for ambitious tiny teams and solo marketers. It’s run by Gemma Garcia, who loves working with technical and regulated industries, where the products are complex and audiences are hard to reach.

Gemma has spent 12 years learning the ins and outs of marketing. She studied advertising and PR, then spent five years as a solo in-house marketer in SaaS and recruitment. She knows how it feels to be a team of one.

She always starts with the business. Where does revenue come from? Where is the pipeline stuck? From there, she focuses on what will bring in better leads.
