The foundation aims to accelerate the growth of lesser known, but effective charities, by providing them with the support and networks they require to do more good, faster. 

There are 165,000 third sector organisations in the UK alone. Yet of these thousands, only a small number are household names. Over 70% of all charitable donations in the UK were given to just the top 1% of these charities. These charities are operating in our communities, near to our homes and close to our hearts.

We work with business leaders from across industry and pair them with third sector organisations of varying sizes and stages of growth. Leaders helping leaders. We believe that successful business skills, knowledge and understanding should be shared with other sectors to enable them to achieve their goals.
