Rising Youth Entrepreneurship CIC
About the business
Rising Youth Entrepreneurship (RYE) is a free 6-week programme for young people aged 16-21, designed to unlock the potential of those who struggle in traditional education.
We believe entrepreneurship isn’t just for people who thrive in classrooms. It’s for the curious, the creative, and the unconventional, including young people who are neurodivergent, disadvantaged, or simply haven’t found their path yet. RYE gives young people the tools, confidence, and community to turn their ideas into action.
Our curriculum is built with neurodivergent learning styles in mind, combining practical skills with real-world mentorship. We’re currently running our pilot in Oxford, with plans to expand to Bournemouth and online in 2027, and eventually to make the programme available nationally, free to access, forever.
Founded by Victoria Russell, a finance professional and AuDHD advocate, RYE exists because every young person deserves a fair shot at building something of their own. If you’re a young person aged 16-21, a funder, a partner organisation, or someone who believes in the next generation, we’d love to hear from you.
