Missing Link Consulting (MLC) is a leadership development and commercial training company set up in early 2025 by Nick Pearson, who spent 40 years in Sales and Business Leadership roles in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Nick has worked with a wide spectrum of companies including global multinationals, PE-backed start-ups and social enterprise/not-for-profits.
MLC has two main areas of focus;
- chairing a business leaders’ network for CEOs/MDs and business owners in the Thames Valley interested in developing themselves personally and professionally. Membership of this exclusive group is like having a personal non-Exec board to help you navigate the choppy waters that all companies face at times!
- undertaking commercial and leadership strategy assignments and training projects with large and medium-sized companies with a focus on growing sales and develop future leaders.
Alongside the leadership business, Nick recently completed and self-published his first novel, a crime thriller called Missing Link (the company was named after the title of the book!)
