As founder of CareerForces I have been fortunate to personally serve my country & society for over 45 years in the military and civil service. I have seen first hand the incredible work that our military and key workers can deliver. Unfortunately some of them have paid a heavy price whilst serving our wider society.  I passionately believe in supporting those brave personnel by working with UK businesses to offer them new careers, building on their potential.
