Employees at Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce are delighted to announce that they have selected Daisy’s Dream to support as their ‘Charity of the Year’ in 2025.
The Charity, which came out top in a vote by Chamber staff from across the Thames Valley, provides support for children and young people who have been affected by bereavement, either supporting them in preparing for a loss or working with them following the death of someone important to them.
Paul Britton, CEO at Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce said: “We are delighted to be supporting Daisy’s Dream this year and hope to be able to further raise awareness of such a worthy charity. After counting the votes for our local Charities, it was great to see the response from colleagues for the winner. As a team we had a rewarding year supporting the Royal Berks Charity last year through a variety of fundraising activities and we look forward to supporting Daisy’s Dream and raising some much-needed funds throughout 2025.”
Laura Lewis, CEO, Daisy’s Dream said: “We are thrilled to have been chosen to be Charity of the Year for Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce. Having more opportunities to talk to people and get our message heard is a big part of how charities fulfil their goals, and we are so grateful for this opportunity.
“Our team are looking forward to an exciting year working with the Chamber, supporting our charity by helping raise awareness.”
