Customs Helpline & Consultancy

The Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce provides a helpline and bespoke consultancy on customs matters, alongside customs clearance agent services and a full international trade & Customs training programme.

Customs can be complex and subject to change, so it is important that any business trading internationally ensures that their procedures are current to avoid customs compliance issues as well seeking to incorporate best practice to assist in reducing operating costs.

Our Helpline service, manned by our experienced team of customs professionals, provides any business with single point access to support and solutions to any questions or queries you may have.

This easy to access service, can be purchased at three different levels, enabling you to select what which you feel is the most appropriate usage for your business.

Each package entitles nominated individuals to contact the helpline during a 12-month period from date of purchase or until the hours have been exhausted. Should an organisation use their allocated hours they are free to subscribe an additional package.

Discover, Inspire & Lead Global Members – Your membership subscription automatically incorporates a complimentary range hours dependant on the membership level. However, should you use these hours within the subscription year, you can purchase any of the helpline packages shown at a discounted rate
