Conversations are not difficult

In the fast paced dynamic and often unpredictable landscape of the workplace, the ability to navigate difficult conversations is crucial. Yet, these conversations are often seen as daunting, fraught with potential conflict, and challenging to manage. The prevailing belief is that the inherent difficulty of these conversations stems from their content or context. However, a growing body of evidence suggests that the true difficulty lies not in the conversations themselves but in how individuals approach them.
