CMD Recruitment: Making a Difference in the Community

CMD Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the South West, specifically Wiltshire and Bath, is committed to making a positive impact in the communities it serves. Building on the success of previous initiatives, CMD Recruitment continues its philanthropic efforts this year, spreading joy and support to those in need.

Last year, CMD Recruitment partnered with Future of Football to provide a valuable respite opportunity for parents facing financial hardship. By funding free places at the summer football camp, CMD Recruitment ensured that families could enjoy a much-needed break during the school holidays.

Reflecting on this achievement, Dan Barfoot, co-founder of CMD Recruitment, stated, “We truly believe in giving back to the community that has supported us over the years. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact our contributions can make in the lives of families facing challenges.”

In 2024, CMD Recruitment remains dedicated to its mission of community support. This year, the agency proudly supports two school events, sponsors football kits for four schools, donated to two food banks, and continues to participate in charitable cycling events, among other initiatives. Despite being an SME, CMD Recruitment prioritizes its role in supporting local causes.

Dan Barfoot emphasizes the importance of these efforts, saying, “As a local business, we have a responsibility to contribute positively to our community. Our business is committed to local economic growth, to support this, we need to continue to enrich our local community by supporting both the businesses and individuals within it. Through our ongoing philanthropic endeavors, we aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us.”

CMD Recruitment’s commitment to social responsibility extends beyond its core business activities, embodying the values of compassion and generosity. The agency looks forward to continuing its efforts to support and uplift the communities it serves.
