Chill Out! Event Management expands to US

Chill Out! Event Management has announced that it has expanded to the United States.

This development enables Chill Out! Event Management to better support its existing client base, many of whom are headquartered in the US with offices and teams operating across the EMEA region.

The expansion was announced to the team at the 2026 company kick-off meeting last week. The agency will start work immediately with events coming up in San Francisco and Atlanta in early 2026.

As part of this expansion, experienced industry operator Richard Fine has joined the agency as commercial lead.

Fine will spearhead the agency’s drive into the US market, working closely with clients and partners to develop new opportunities, while also leading a number of key commercial areas across the agency as a whole. His appointment strengthens the senior leadership team and underlines Chill Out!’s commitment to sustainable, international growth to complement its existing client base across the EMEA region.

The US operation will be headed up by Kate Wolf, who joins the agency with over 15 years of experience in the events industry and a deep understanding of the US events landscape. Wolf will lead day-to-day operations in the US, overseeing client relationships and project delivery, and ensuring that the Chill Out! approach, values and standards are consistently upheld.

Neill Hendry, owner of Chill Out! said: “We’re incredibly excited to take this next step. Many of our long-standing clients have a strong presence in the US, and this expansion allows us to work with them more closely, more efficiently, and on a truly global scale. With Richard driving our commercial strategy and Kate leading our US operation, we are perfectly positioned to deliver events with local expertise while maintaining the trusted relationships built through our UK head office.”

Hendry added: “We are expanding at a very exciting time for the business. We are keen to support our clients on both sides of the Atlantic and it made perfect sense to make this investment now after a year of sustained growth. The team can now support clients on a Global scale whilst at the same time ensuring that we harness and nurture the many new client opportunities that this strategic move creates”.
