The Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce an upcoming “Meet the Chamber” event, set to take place at the iconic Watermill Theatre in Newbury on Wednesday 23rd October 2024. This event offers an exceptional opportunity for local businesses to connect, network, and engage with the Chamber’s leadership and fellow members, all within the inspiring setting of one of the region’s most renowned cultural venues.

The “Meet the Chamber” event is designed to foster stronger business relationships and provide invaluable insights into how the Chamber can support businesses in achieving their goals. Attendees will have the chance to meet with the Chamber’s team, including senior leadership, to discuss the benefits of membership, upcoming initiatives, and the various resources available to support their business growth.

The Watermill Theatre, known for its intimate atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, provides the perfect backdrop for this networking event. Guests will not only enjoy the chance to make meaningful business connections but also experience the charm and creativity that the Watermill Theatre is famous for.

Tim Major, Senior Membership Manager of the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce, expressed his excitement about the event, stating, “We are thrilled to host our ‘Meet the Chamber’ event at the Watermill Theatre. This venue is a jewel in our region, reflecting both the creativity and the entrepreneurial spirit that defines the Thames Valley. We look forward to engaging with our members and the wider business community in this unique setting, and to discussing how we can continue to support their growth and success.”

The event will feature light refreshments and a short presentation by the Chamber’s leadership and of course the team from the Watermill Theatre who will talk of the work they do front and backstage. Businesses from across the Thames Valley are encouraged to attend, whether they are long-time members of the Chamber or interested in learning more about the benefits of joining.
