Appren-T-Fest Returns to Swindon: Discover a World of Opportunities at the Biggest Apprenticeship Event in Wiltshire!

New College Swindon is excited to announce the return of Appren-T-Fest, the region’s largest apprenticeship-focused event, happening on Tuesday 11th February 2025, at the iconic STEAM Museum.

Taking place during National Apprenticeship Week, this highly anticipated event is sponsored by WFM (Workforce Management Software) and promises to be an unmissable opportunity for schools, students, and the wider public to connect with top employers and apprenticeship providers.

Following last year’s incredible success—with 300 school children attending during the day, 600 visitors at the twilight session, and 32 companies showcasing opportunities—this year’s Appren-T-Fest is set to be even bigger and better! Over 35 leading employers will be in attendance, including BMW, Zurich, Historic England, Colas Rail, and GWR, among others.

Why Attend Appren-T-Fest?

Appren-T-Fest is the ultimate event for anyone curious about apprenticeships and the exciting career pathways they offer. Attendees will have the chance to:

Meet local apprenticeship providers and industry-leading employers.

Learn about current apprenticeship vacancies across Swindon and Wiltshire.

Hear real-life success stories from apprentices who have progressed in their careers.

Get inspired by expert guest speakers, who will share their insights into thriving in the workplace.

The day will also feature a quiet hour from 9am – 10am for SEND students, followed by lively daytime sessions for school groups from 10am – 12pm and 1pm – 3pm. From 4pm – 7pm, the event opens its doors to the general public for an evening packed with career inspiration and networking opportunities.
