Air IT celebrates being named UK’s top IT service provider

Air IT has announced that it has been named the number one Managed Service Provider in the UK by Cloudtango, a worldwide directory that helps match businesses with MSPs according to their IT needs.

Cloudtango is a directory for businesses searching for a Managed Service Provider to fulfil their technology needs. Every year, their MSP Select UK list (previously known as MSP50 UK) honours the most successful MSPs across the United Kingdom, in what has become an industry reference due to its independent, unbiased approach, as well as in-depth analysis. There are more than 4,000 MSPs in the UK and the MSP Select list shows the top 50.

The list is now in its eighth year and continues to highlight technical excellence, innovation and customer satisfaction provided by the MSP industry. For 2022, the technical analysis focused on cyber security, support, infrastructure and cloud services.

MSP Select UK also underlines MSPs who play key roles in helping customers drive innovation. By being selected, Air IT has demonstrated a track record of successfully delivering innovative IT solutions whilst exceeding customer expectations.

James Healey, Chief Operating Officer at Air IT, said: “We are always striving to innovate and be the best at what we do, so we are absolutely thrilled that Cloudtango has selected Air IT as the best MSP in the UK, recognising our technical skills, the quality of the services we provide and the continued growth we have experienced, which is all testament to the hard work and dedication of our talented team.”

Jordi Vilanova, Managing Director at Cloudtango, said:  “Through the selection process, we have reviewed 223 different types of certifications, case studies, endorsements, and up to eight years of data. With the world becoming more digital, a high standard of IT services is ever more critical for businesses to stay competitive. With this in mind, we selected Air IT due to its strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.”
