HR Forum: Wellbeing in the WorkplaceÂ
Our HR Forum, sponsored by BP Collins, brings together senior HR practitioners from our larger members to hear the latest HR trends, share knowledge, learn from first-hand experience, and exchange opinions with other like-minded professionals from across all sectors.
This session will focus on wellbeing in the workplace. Kindly hosted by HR Wallingford at Howbery Business Park, we have three great speakers lined up, including:
Lisa LLoyd – Founder, It’s Time For Change. Lisa will lead a practical session that demonstrates the power of intentional space, experimentation and peer problem solving for reducing stressors that negatively impact mental wellbeing. A tried and tested approach, ‘Labs’ are about addressing real work challenges and developing a company culture that supports employee wellbeing.
Craig Atkins – Managing Director, 1-Fix. With 1-Fix having won the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Business Award for Health & Wellbeing, Craig will talk to us about initiatives he has implemented in his business to support and get the most from his team.
Greg Clark – Associate, Employment at BP Collins – Following the case study from 1-Fix, Greg will look at the employers’ duty of care towards their employees and prompt a wider discussion with attendees around staff wellbeing.
Our session will conclude with an open discussion around the challenges and opportunities in promoting staff wellbeing
