Cleaver Property Management has won Property Management Team of the Year at the Facilities Management Awards UK 2026 held at the Park Plaza Hotel in London.
The Wokingham-based company received the award at a ceremony in London on Friday 25 September. It recognises the team’s work supporting residential developments, clients and residents.
The awards organisers said the standard of entries this year was “exceptionally high”, showcasing the work being delivered by companies and professionals across the UK.
In their assessment, the judges praised Cleaver Property Management’s “strong people centred approach to property management, combining professional expertise with exceptional customer service.” They highlighted the team’s transparency, accountability, ethical management and responsive communication, saying the company demonstrates “the value of putting relationships at the heart of property management.”

The win follows Cleaver Property Management’s recognition as Property Management Company of the Year at the Prestige Awards 2026/27 last month, marking the second consecutive year the company has received that award.
Founded in 1993, Cleaver Property Management manages residential developments across Berkshire and the surrounding areas. Its property management, maintenance, finance and support teams work together to care for buildings and support the people who live in them.
