Thames Hospice Launch Top Trumps

Trunks across the Thames is coming to life in a new way! A brand new Top Trumps pack featuring the much-loved elephant sculptures launch on 10 August, giving fans the chance to discover fun facts about the herd and go head-to-head to decide who will be the Top Trump!

Trunks across the Thames is a free public art trail featuring 90 decorated elephant sculptures across Windsor, Eton and Slough during summer 2026. It’s been created by Thames Hospice in partnership with Wild in Art.

Top Trumps is a much-loved card game that has been entertaining families for generations, with players competing across different categories to discover which card comes out on top. Now, the iconic game is getting a Trunks across the Thames makeover, with each elephant bringing unique facts and stats to the pack.

Jane Symmons, Director of Fundraising at Thames Hospice, said:

We’re delighted to bring Trunks across the Thames to life in a whole new way through this exciting partnership with Top Trumps® . The trail has captured the imagination of thousands of people this summer, and now families can continue the adventure at home while discovering even more about their favourite elephants. Every pack sold helps support the vital work of Thames Hospice, so it’s a fantastic way to take home a lasting memento of the trail while making a real difference to local people and their families.

Whether you’re comparing colourful designs, testing your knowledge of the trail or searching for your favourite sculpture, the Trunks Across the Thames Top Trumps pack offers a fun new way to experience the trail long after your elephant adventure has ended.

Perfect for families, collectors and Top Trumps fans alike, the pack makes a great souvenir of the trail while supporting the work of Thames Hospice.

The Trunks Across the Thames Top Trumps pack will be available from 10 August across five Thames Hospice shops in Windsor, Slough, Langley, Maidenhead and at the Hospice, as well as online.
