B P Collins’ corporate and commercial team led by Alex Zachary has advised the senior management team of Watford-based ACL Engineering Ltd (ACL) on a successful management buyout (MBO).

With engineers working throughout London and the South East, ACL supports a prestigious client base and is a leading distributor of Atlas Copco’s top-performing compressed air equipment.
B P Collins’ partner Alex Zachary worked alongside senior associate, Beth Miel and solicitor, Alexander Martiyanov on supporting the entire transaction process, liaising with key stakeholders and coordinating legal documentation.
