This one-day workshop focuses on best practice in consultative selling in 2026 before introducing SOCIAL STYLE, helping delegates to understand and use it to dramatically enhance customer relationships and business results.
The essence of SOCIAL STYLE is that salespeople complete a pre-workshop assessment which helps them understand their own behavioural preferences and to use this knowledge to identify the preferred behaviours of their key customers. Having do this, we show delegates how to use this newly acquired knowledge to adapt their sales approach in line with customer preferences. The result? Improved relationships and more sales!

The Facilitator
The workshop will be facilitated by Nick Pearson, who has spent 40 years in international Sales and business leadership roles with global multinationals and SMEs. Nick first discovered SOCIAL STYLE as a delegate and realised what a game changer it is. He has used the model throughout his career and now shares it with our clients as an accredited partner of TRACOM, creators of SOCIAL STYLE.
