FSP celebrates 25 years of Investors in People accreditation

Field Seymour Parkes LLP (FSP) is proud to mark a significant milestone, 25 consecutive years of accreditation with Investors in People (IIP). This achievement places FSP among a select group of organisations recognised for a long‑term, consistent commitment to making work better.

FSP was first awarded Silver accreditation in the early 2000s, maintaining this high standard for many years before achieving the prestigious Gold accreditation in 2021. At the time, Investors in People highlighted that only a small proportion of accredited organisations reached Gold status. For FSP, this recognition reflected not only strong policies but a culture in which colleagues take individual responsibility for bringing those values to life.

From the outset, FSP has prioritised supporting and developing its people, professionally and personally. The long‑standing Family FSP ethos remains central to how colleagues work together and support one another. That ethos continues to underpin people development, wellbeing, progression and collaborative working across the firm.

The presentation of a special 25+ years IIP plaque highlights the strength and continuity of FSP’s longstanding commitment to its people. Pictured with the award is FSP’s longest‑serving colleague and Founding Partner, Ian Wood‑Smith (Chair), alongside Ian Machray (Interim Managing Partner) and Charlotte Rees (Head of People).

Ian Wood‑Smith, Chair, commented:

Reaching 25 years of Investors in People accreditation is a remarkable achievement and one that reflects the long‑standing values at the heart of FSP. Since the very beginning, we have believed that investing in our people is fundamental to the success of the firm. This milestone is a testament not only to our commitment, but to the dedication, professionalism and integrity shown by colleagues across every part of FSP.

Ian Machray, Interim Managing Partner, added:

We’re incredibly proud to have held our Investors in People accreditation for 25 years. While the people in our business may change over time, our culture and Family FSP ethos has always stayed at the heart of what we do.  As we continue to grow, keeping that commitment to our people remains a key priority.

FSP remains committed to further strengthening its people strategy, ensuring that colleagues feel supported, valued and able to progress their careers while delivering outstanding service to clients.
