Activate Business School reaches final five in Chartered Management Institute’s (CMI) Training Provider of the Year Award

Activate Business School has been shortlisted in Chartered Management Institute’s (CMI) Training Provider of the Year Award.

The CMI Awards of Excellence Training Provider of the Year Award recognises programmes with an outstanding achievement in Leadership and Management training. It celebrates providers who demonstrate outstanding learner outcomes and innovative approaches to their professional development.

Activate Business School’s future-ready programmes cover AI adoption, data literacy and cyber security alongside critical leadership skills. These include multi-generational team leadership, psychological safety and emotional intelligence.

The CMI Awards of Excellence celebrate outstanding contributions to management and leadership, recognising achievements from April 2024 to April 2025.

KiKi Clements, Head of Delivery, at Activate Business School, said: “Being shortlisted for CMI Training Provider of the Year recognises our commitment to learner success.

“Our award-winning Learning Philosophy develops knowledge, skills and behaviours in safe environments where learners can take risks. Our coaches deliver real-world expertise, not just classroom theory.

“This shortlisting validates our tailored approach to individual needs and organisational challenges.

“A massive well done and congratulations to the Business School team who have worked tirelessly to make this happen with their care, commitment and dedication to all our learners. I am so proud of you all.”

The winners will be announced at the President’s Dinner on Thursday 23 April with representatives from Activate Business School attending.
