Field Seymour Parkes strengthens its Corporate team with the appointment of Partner Katherine Zangana

Field Seymour Parkes (FSP) is pleased to announce that Katherine Zangana has joined the firm’s Corporate team as a Partner. Katherine is an experienced corporate lawyer known for her entrepreneurial mindset, commercial focus and people centred approach to advising business leaders.

Katherine brings extensive experience across the full spectrum of corporate work, including share and asset sales, acquisitions, restructurings and complex transactional matters. She also has a strong track record in the private equity sector, having led numerous transactions ranging from £500,000 to £20 million across diverse SME portfolios. Clients value her calm, solutions driven approach and her ability to manage high stakes negotiations with clarity and confidence.

Managing Partner Jeremy Parkes commented:

I am delighted to welcome Katherine as a Partner to Field Seymour Parkes, and particularly to our thriving Corporate team. Bringing in someone with her expertise and experience marks an important step in the next phase of expanding our capability in this area. It will help us continue to build on the exciting momentum the team has generated through considerable deal activity and growth in recent years. Katherine’s arrival follows the recruitment of three solicitors into the team over the past six months, reflecting the increasing needs of our clients across all corporate matters, including M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, as well as specialist banking and finance advice.

Katherine’s appointment marks the latest step in the continued expansion of FSP’s Corporate team, following the recent arrival of three new joiners in the latter half of 2025. You can read more about that development here
