Frasers Property UK has secured AHEAD for a new 53,000 sq ft 10-year lease at Winnersh Triangle, Reading.
AHEAD, a global provider of enterprise IT and cloud solutions and infrastructure, is relocating from its UK base in Slough to a hybrid unit combining office and warehouse space at Building 310, Winnersh Triangle, as part of the next phase of its UK growth. The company will establish data centre, IT support and office functions at the park and will join Winnersh Triangle’s thriving community of technology, data and science-driven businesses.
