The Care Connection

We are proud to host The Care Connection, a careers fair bringing together students, teachers, training providers, and employers from across the social care sector. The event is designed to explore meaningful career pathways, highlight current opportunities, and foster connections that strengthen the workforce in our communities. Inspired by the national Who Cares Wins initiative, The Care Connection showcases the vital role of care and the rewarding careers it offers.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with leading care providers, learn about modular training and apprenticeship routes, and gain first-hand insight into how the sector is evolving to meet future skills needs. By connecting educators, employers, and students, we aim to open up career discussions and support collaboration across the sector.

This event forms part of our wider effort to strengthen training provision, reskill and upskill staff, and ensure educational pathways meet emerging industry demands. We are grateful to all our partners, providers, and employers whose commitment has helped bring this initiative to life.
