Commercial litigation expert Fleur Turrington has joined Knights in Oxford – bringing more than 20 years of experience to the business.
Arriving at Knights from Shoosmiths as a Partner in Dispute Resolution, Fleur specialises in commercial litigation and is vastly experienced advising mid-sized to multinational clients across sectors including technology, construction, transport, health and retail.
Ranked as a leading Partner in Legal 500, Fleur advises clients across all aspects of commercial litigation, including corporate disputes, breach of contract, restrictive covenant claims and professional negligence.
A member of the Procurement Lawyers Association (PLA), Fleur also holds specific and unique expertise in public procurement litigation, often acting for private sector organisations and businesses in challenges against the public sector. Fleur has built a strong reputation in advising clients on judicial reviews and public procurement disputes, where she is known for swift, strategic advice and strong relationships with specialist Chambers.
Fleur’s arrival at Knights builds on a strong period of growth for Knights in the Thames Valley following a number of other Partner hires, including Alexander Morgan in Private Client, Peter Sheppard in Dispute Resolution, Philip Ryan in Regulatory and Zoe Rose in Family.
