Kimon Services has been named the winner of the Catalyst for Change Award in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion by the Outsourcing Impact Review (OIR) 2025 for its CSR initiative, “Providing Opportunities for Women in India.”
The award recognises Kimon’s sustained effort to create high-quality roles for women across its India operations through structured training, fair-pay pathways, leadership mentoring and supportive employment policies. The initiative is designed to enable women who are returning to work, entering employment for the first time or balancing caring responsibilities to build stable careers without the barriers of commuting or relocation.
