SUEZ recycling and recovery UK is proud to support Staffordshire triathlete Emma Broadhurst as she prepares to make her international debut for Team GB at the European Triathlon Championships in Istanbul, Turkey on 30 August.
Emma, a mum of two from Newcastle-under-Lyme, only joined her local triathlon club two years ago, but a strong performance at the Cardiff Sprint Triathlon last year secured her place on the GB team. Next week she’ll take on a 750m swim across the Bosphorus, a 20km cycle spanning Europe and Asia, and a 5km run through the city’s historic streets.
Emma’s journey has been supported by sponsorship from SUEZ, where members of her family also work.
