UK lagging behind in attracting skilled foreign workers, research finds

In a recent conversation with People Management Magazine, Henley Business School’s Rajneesh Narula spoke about the changing rhetoric towards foreign workers within the United Kingdom, regarding recent data published by Indeed.

Rajneesh highlighted the impact of regulatory changes since the United Kingdom left the European Union as well as the social response and perception of immigration within the United Kingdom. He was also quoted about the nuances between highly skilled and unskilled foreign workers and the dynamics at play post Brexit. Speaking on this topic, Rajneesh said “the associated hostile environment has not distinguished between skilled, unskilled or highly skilled.”

Rajneesh will be speaking at our upcoming Windsor Debates, alongside his colleague, Dean of Henley Business School, Elena B Spasova.
