The Chamber is proud to announce the official shortlist for its inaugural Business Awards. Launched across the region, and open to members and non-members alike, each category was inundated with responses from businesses keen to showcase their industry expertise.
Individual judging panels have reviewed the applicants and finalised those that have made it through to the next round. Overall Thames Valley winners are set to be announced at a black-tie gala dinner on the 27th June at the stunning Hilton Hotel, Reading. As part of the accredited Chamber network companies shortlisted will automatically be entered into the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) national awards, due to take place later in the year.

Gavin Spencer, Head of Member Services at the Chamber commented: “We would like to thank everyone that took the time to enter the awards and congratulations to those that have made it onto the shortlist.
“Response has been overwhelming with high quality entries from a record number of companies from major nationals through to corporates and SMEs. What has been proven particularly popular is that they were open to businesses across the Thames Valley.
“Our judging panel, which included representatives from each sponsor, Chamber Council Presidents and senior staff member have spent the last week reviewing each entrant against a rigorous testing process to ensure that companies met the strong criteria.
“Tables are going fast, and whether a company has been shortlisted or not, or didn’t even enter on this occasion but are thinking about it for 2019, we encourage everyone to come along to what is set to be a fantastic night and meet other likeminded companies who also proudly call the Thames Valley home.”
