Robinson Grace HR Consultancy Shortlisted for Prestigious High Growth Award

The Robinson Grace HR Consultancy team is delighted after being shortlisted for a prestigious ‘high growth’ business consultancy award by HR Independents, recognising its place as a dynamic force in Wiltshire’s business community.

With growth of 25% year on year, offering clients an ever-widening range of services, this award isn’t just an accolade for Robinson Grace HR Consultancy, but a recognition of the growth and professionalism of every small business they collaborate with and support.

For the last few years, Robinson Grace HR Consultancy has been on a steep growth journey, incorporating Health & Safety expertise, outsourced administration, recruitment, and project management services alongside the well-established human resources advisory services it is well known for. They have grown their company from a one-man band to a team of 12, supporting hundreds of small businesses and not for profit clients across the South of England.

This exciting nomination follows an incredibly busy year for the company, with three new employees and dozens of new clients benefiting from their HR and Health & Safety support services.

The consultancy makes HR simple for organisations that do not have their own HR function and need support from time to time when legislation changes or issues in the workplace crop up. They pride themselves in their continued growth being organic, through recommendations and word of mouth referrals from our current clients.

The Robinson Grace HR Consultancy team have a compelling reputation for being approachable, helpful, and pragmatic, helping organisations navigate the complexities of HR and H&S legislation so that small business leaders can continue to focus on driving growth and success in their businesses.

Founder, Louise Skittrall said
