With the current Public Authority advice surrounding Coronavirus (Covid-19) and having spoken to many of our members and customers about the ongoing impact it is having on their businesses and employees, we have made the decision to suspend all face-to-face events from today for a period of one month.
During this period and looking beyond, we will be building on our digital and online programme, including guidance to support our members through this challenging time and we will keep you informed.
In the first instance, we recommend someone in your organisation regularly reviews the UK Government’s guidance for employers.
We want to keep UK trade moving. For customers using our Trade Documentation, we continue providing this service, and we request that applications are submitted via the Express option, which enables us to electronically stamp and sign documents, once approved you can print at your location. In order to use the Express option for EC Certificates of Origin, you must hold blank copies in stock.
If you have any questions regarding Chamber activity, then please contact your account manager in the first instance or customer service on 01753 870500. If your enquiry relates to Trade Documentation, please call 01753 870560 and a member of the team will talk you through the Express option process.
In line with official guidance, Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce remains open for business. Our staff will be following the guidance on self-isolation, and we would request that members do too. We have also reviewed our procedures for visitors at our offices.
