claireLOGIC enhances Quadriga’s IT Operations with Exceptional Forward-thinking Support

Abingdon-based IT services provider claireLOGIC has released a new customer success story about how it has dramatically improved the IT operations of Quadriga, a fast-growing health and safety consultancy in Reading.  It has helped the company overcome significant IT challenges and is now ensuring seamless IT support for its consultants.

When Quadriga nearly doubled in size, it needed more robust IT support and systems for its expanding team. Unfortunately, two successive IT service providers failed to meet expectations. Quadriga turned to claireLOGIC for improved, reliable IT support – and the result has been a remarkable turnaround.

Jackie Hood, Associate Director of Business and Operational Support at Quadriga, explained the impact she has felt: “claireLOGIC have been amazing. They came in and quickly solved most of our IT issues. It’s been a really good experience.”

claireLOGIC’s first priority was to stabilise the IT infrastructure, which was crucial for the consultancy’s remote-working team. These efforts addressed some pervasive IT problems that had previously disrupted daily operations. Quadriga’s consultants, who rely on reliable IT and connectivity to deliver their billable services each day, now enjoy uninterrupted access to essential tools and systems.

One significant contribution was migrating Quadriga’s email server fully to the cloud, eliminating the syncing issues caused by a hybrid setup established during Covid.

Perhaps most crucially, claireLOGIC’s in-depth IT Strategic Review helped form a forward path for Quadriga’s IT. It identified more areas improvement, which led to new cyber security enhancements and standardisation of hardware across the company.

This approach to IT support goes far beyond tactical problem-solving.
