Berkshire based 1-Fix continues growth with new international client win

Berkshire-based 1-Fix today has today announced a new client win, Delphic HSE, which specialises in consultancy and risk assessment around the safety of chemicals. The win solidifies a period of significant growth for 1-Fix despite the challenges created by the global pandemic.

1-Fix will oversee Delphic HSE’s cloud migration and global IT security expansion, whilst maintaining 24/7 emergency support and Microsoft 365 licensing.

In addition, 1-Fix will also set up a data centre which employees can log into from wherever they are working as all offices will be under the same cloud-based system. The use of a single cloud system hosted by 1-Fix will facilitate overseas expansion since the only requirement for a new office is a good connection.  This development will strengthen Delphic HSE operational continuity and allow for greater flexibility.

Craig Atkins, Managing Director at 1-Fix, explains: “We are delighted to work with Delphic HSE and feel we are well equipped to help them with their IT needs during what is a period of rapid growth for their business.”

“This is an exciting time for 1-Fix as we expand our global reach. Covid-19 has accelerated the need for businesses to embrace cloud migration and digitalisation which in turn has caused demand for our services to spike.”

Tom Garner, Managing Director at Delphic HSE, continues: “Having operated with a fixed desk system for 10-15 years, 1-Fix is transforming the way we operate at Delphic HSE. Not only will it simplify office relocations and overseas expansion, but any IT problems we encounter will be dealt with by 1-Fix. As a customer-centric business we were looking for a partner which shared our values and ideals and in 1-Fix we have found that. We believe our partnership with 1-Fix will help us to achieve our ambitious plans.”

1-Fix operates as an outsourced IT department for businesses to provide efficient daily support, including device monitoring, consultancy, and guidance.
