There has been much discussion about how the world, and specifically the business world in the UK, will change following the Coronavirus crisis. There is a fairly wide consensus that when we return to normal, we won’t. There is no normal to return to.
Historically, deep disruption as we are experiencing now changes what’s normal. We will face a new normal. Our world will never be the same again.
MD2MD has surveyed its members and produced a report exploring how the business world might look in 2021. Business leaders were asked about how they expected the Coronavirus crisis to impact their revenue and how they felt the new world of 2021 might look, and how it might be different from the world we knew in 2019.
