As the UK prepares to leave the EU, the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce and the British Chambers of Commerce are helping businesses to consider how they can plan for the future.
To help businesses consider the changes they may have to make, the British Chambers of Commerce have created a special checklist, focused around undertaking a Brexit health check, which BCC says could yield real dividends in future. This checklist has been created based on research carried out nationwide through Chambers of Commerce in order to help businesses to start planning now.
Delivering the deal negotiated with the EU remains the Government’s top priority. With an implementation period until December 2020, this would give businesses stability, certainty and time to prepare for our new relationship after EU Exit.
However, the Government must plan for every possible outcome including no deal. Without a deal, businesses may need to take action.
