10:15: Taster Workshop with Professor Marc Day, Professor of Strategy and Operations Management, who will talk about the macro and micro economic consequences of climate change for the wine industry. “Industries such as wine making are having to adapt how they operate strategically given the changes we’re experiencing in climate. This has already seen a number of changes in where and how firms operate in this industry, and has both positive and negative consequences”.
