Made in Swindon

Two Swindon agencies will work together with CAMSS World a leading facilitating company, on their forthcoming UK event later this year. CAMSS UK, taking place at the Royal Horseguards in London on 2nd May, will have The Events Raccoon provide an end-to-end event management solution whilst Capella Marketing will work with the team to ensure regular touch-point communication with delegates, announcements of speakers and sponsors through direct e-Campaigns and social media messaging.

Outside of the UK event, Capella Marketing will also provide a strategic 12-month marketing plan to support the messaging of the events programme for 2018 and with an end goal of growing the events programme in 2019 with more events across Europe where The Events Raccoon will continue to support on the event delivery.

Beckie Hyson, Director of The Events Raccoon says, “I’m so pleased to be working with a fresh thinking, market changing company and one who recognises the importance of outsourcing the event management elements that allows them time to focus on the business growth and development.”

Suzi Johnson, Director of Capella Marketing supports this message with, “In such a short space of time CAMSS World have developed a strong platform for their events. I’m excited to be working with such an innovative company and look forward to helping the business grow as we work together to raise their brand awareness.”

Rob Simms, CEO of CAMSS World finishes with, “We’re excited to be working on this collaborative approach with The Events Raccoon and Capella Marketing. Already from our Kick-Off Meeting they’ve relieved the pressure of us having to logistically manage and market our UK event. As a business we can now strategically focus on the growth of our events programme by ensuring we provide value for money to delegates by continuing to source high-profile speakers and relevant sponsors.”
