Overview: It has long been known the diversity and inclusion is the cornerstone of success. It drives productivity, engagement and creativity, and multiple lines of research have shown it to result in long-term business success. However, despite many decades of action, progress in this space is painfully slow. And one of the key reasons for this is us. More specifically, how our own unconscious biases undermine our conscious intent towards fairness and objectivity.
