We have an exciting part time vacancy for a dynamic and flexible accounts assistant to take charge of our purchase ledger as well as other adhoc finance functions in our busy department. You will be working closely with our Assistant to Head of Finance to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Required to work 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday) 9am – 5pm you will:

  • Have full responsibility for the busy purchase ledger, ensuring the invoices are entered onto SAGE in a timely fashion and that they are authorised and coded correctly
  • Check and enter employee expenses
  • Produce a report for suggested monthly payments for approval
  • Daily import from NG to SAGE
  • Morning post
  • Print all unprinted invoice (NG)
  • Print membership welcome / renewal letters and VAT receipts
  • Take terminal payments
  • Create payment plans for new members ad set up DD’s
  • Input Carnet Indemnity onto SAGE
  • Input master batches
  • Other adhoc activities
