About Bill Payne:

Bill Payne is General Manager of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Industries in Global Process Services (GPS) in IBM and is based in London (UK). Bill joined IBM in 1997 and in the 5 years before creating the GPS business he ran Business Consulting in the UK and Industrial Sector in Europe.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Chemical Engineering from Leeds University, is a Chartered Engineering and a member of the IOD.
