This promises to be a lighthearted and interactive presentation that will investigate the key attributes of two great business leaders, including exactly what ingredients made them “Great”. The discussion will then go further, attempting to demonstrate the characteristics of “greatness” in a business context and how that essence may be distilled and used in your own business.

Mark Lewis is Co-Founder of Windsor-based The Brilliant Training Company and a widely experienced coach and mentor. Prior to turning his passion and interest in training, coaching and human development into a highly successful business, Mark worked with leading household names in the UK and internationally.

Career highlights include periods as Sales & Marketing Director with one of the world’s most successful airlines and as Sales Director with Europe’s leading leisure organisation.
