Creating job satisfaction is an essential part of human resources management. To help us explore what motivates employees to work well, we are delighted to welcome Beverley Thompson from Humanics Ltd, based in Theale. Beverley’s presentation will cover employee job satisfaction and how it affects productivity.

Beverley will also cover what key areas employers should pay attention to if they are to retain good quality employees. As well as exploring how companies and individuals can motivate others to feel good, remain engaged and perform well. The presentation will relate to the concept of motivation by carrot or stick – where carrots are the key.

The presentation will appeal to businesses of all sizes where job satisfaction is a fundamental need for all people. There will be plenty of opportunities to share your experiences with fellow delegates
