All of us in business have to work with and influence people, whether we like them or not. Psychologists tell us that as many as 40% of the people we meet may not like or understand us because their personality is very different from our own. And of course the reverse will also be true. This does not bode well for good business – we know it’s difficult to do business with people we don’t like. How many opportunities are we missing out on because of personality?

This session will explore why this happens and what you can do about it. It will give you an insight into your own personality and show you how you can gauge other people’s personality. It will also give you strategies to use to successfully influence those people who are not like you.
