We look forward to welcoming you to this business focused, speaker event for the Oxfordshire Chamber of Commerce.

Launched and developed through 2009, each month the event alternates between a breakfast and a lunch. Each time, guest speakers are welcomed, at the forefront of their expertise, to guide us through the challenges facing businesses today.

Contagious Leadership!

For centuries, we have tried to distil the essence of leadership into a few, easily-recognised characteristics. If only we could identify what “makes” a good leader, we could get away from the idea that leaders are born and not made.

But what is “leadership” and why is it important in business? At this event, we will experience an interactive workshop on the topic of contagious leadership behaviours. The combined expertise of our guest speakers, Anthony Etherton and Tom Magdich includes knowledge gained from the diverse fields of business, psychology and drama.

They take the attitude that “On the catwalk of leadership we’re always on show”!

Our objectives for this session are: to meet with local business contacts, learn about leadership styles and seek to improve our personal contribution to the businesses we work within.

Anthony and Tom’s objectives will be to keep the delegates awake, engaged and informed – in that order!

A fun, entertaining and challenging lunchtime is assured and delegates will leave with a personal insight into the ingredients that make a great business leader.
