Business Insight will see the leaders in their field from companies like Google, Waitrose, HSBC and Microsoft deliver presentations to benefit every size of business in the Thames Valley. As organisations in the UK look forward and wonder what normal will look like after the recession, come and join a vibrant and innovative community for networking, exhibitions and an excellent presentation.

Speaker: Howard Davidson, Director of the Thames Region, The Environment Agency
Topic: Corporate Strategy 2010-2015
Howard Davidson, Thames Regional Director for the Environment Agency will be talking about their five year strategy for business that is being launched in April 2010 and in particular the new requirements coming into effect this year. He will also be exploring possible changes in legislation and how the increased exposure that environmental issues are receiving globally will continue to effect the business community.
Consider the impact that environmental policy has on every organisation in the country and the massive pressure business is experiencing associated with “being seen to do the right thing”. Howard will walk us through that minefield, provide an insight into how the landscape will change in coming months and look carefully at what will be tripping businesses up in the future.
