Complaints Procedure

Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce endeavors to provide the best quality services to its members and customers but should you experience issues relating to our service please
click here to submit your complaint.

Please give as much detail as possible.

Upon receipt of your complaint we will then arrange for the right person to look into and respond to your concerns.

Following our complaints procedure does not affect your legal rights.

Below is an outline of our complaints procedure;

  • TVCC acknowledges all written complaints within five working days.
  • TVCC will investigate the details of a complaint and take appropriate action at each stage of the investigation.
  • All complaints about will be referred immediately to the appropriate member of the team or Chamber contact.
  • TVC resolves to complete investigations into complaints within 31 days of receipt and to respond in the same time scale.
