The Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Group is pleased to announce the launch of its brand new, innovative and content-rich website. Following extensive development, the site is one of the most advanced Chamber websites in the UK, as it integrates directly to the Chamber’s customer relationship management system. Easy to navigate, with advanced functionality, the website allows businesses to find all the information they need about the Chamber and how to utilise their membership benefits.
As well as being able to book and pay for events as before, the secure e-commerce platform has been extended to allow companies to join and renew their membership online. What’s more, members will also be able to log in to the member-only zone where they can update their company or contact details, and have exclusive access to specific benefits. A library of resources will also be available, including policy documents from the British Chambers of Commerce.
Commenting on the new website Ginette Gower, head of sales and marketing for the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Group, said: “We can now provide a state of the art website that allows businesses to quickly find the information they need about every aspect of the Chamber’s service and the different ways it can support businesses in the Thames Valley. New visitors can quickly find the benefits that apply to their size of organisations through access to the Essential, Corporate and Business Alliance membership areas. We are delighted that, within a few days of the launch, several businesses became members directly through the site. We have plans for further development including video content, forums and online advertising for members.”
