Sending an Application

When all the information for the application is complete you should:
1. Return to the List of Applications screen.
2. Select the required application – the latest application created will be at the top of the list.
3. Click the send Standard button, this will be processed by the chamber and posted back to you.
4. Click the NEW Send Express button EC Certificates of Origin ONLY, this will be electronically stamped by your chamber, the documents will then be emailed back to you. You are then able to print the Certificate.

If any of the mandatory fields are not completed, a message will appear on screen, and you will need to edit the application to complete mandatory fields.

The application will be submitted to the Chamber, and you will receive a confirmation message. You will also be given the opportunity to send an additional email from your local email system to enable scanned versions of original invoices or further instructions to be sent.

The application will be stored in the database, and you can access it from the List of Applications screen.

You will not be able to re-send an application, but you can copy and edit an application to correct errors.

Member Companies of the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Group

European Community certificates of origin and invoices will be processed and returned by electronically, by mail or made ready for collection the same day. To avoid disappointment in the event of a query please forward you applications as early as possible.

Certification charges can be posted to the membership account.

Non Member Companies

Payment can be made against a deposit account, credit card or at time collection to receive the same time scales as above. If payment is by cheque documents will be held until the payment is received.

Please ensure that all cheques are payable to Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Group and are sent for the attention of the International Trade Department to avoid any delay.

a-Cert

Payment for Arab British certificates origin and invoices is required at the time of presentation. Companies holding a Deposit account will have costs deducted otherwise payment can be by credit card or cheque. All correct Arab British Chamber certificates of origin and invoices received before 3.00pm will be processed and forwarded to the Arab British Chamber on same day. The documents will not be returned until payment has been received.
