On successful registration you will receive an email confirmation with your company id, username and password which can now be used to enter the E-Cert V.3 site.
Adding Signatories
To upload your signature to the site on the ‘Administration’ heading and select ‘Signatories’, click on ‘add’, enter the signatory’s full name and if you already have a scanned signature that meets the criteria below, browse the file and select the stored file and select ‘Upload’.
Scanned Signature Format:
- Microsoft. Bmp format
- Maximum size-half inch high x two inches wide
- Black and white, 300 dpi
If you have difficulty with scanning or inputting signatures, the Chamber can do this on your behalf.
