Trade Missions

Trade Missions provide an excellent way for companies to visit international markets as part of a well organised group of like minded business people. Professionally planned they are an economical way of developing your markets.

Before the visit, experienced and professional staff will help you with essential research, an experienced mission leader is on hand throughout the visit and help and support is available from the British Embassy in finding and establishing contacts. In many cases a UK Trade & Investment travel grant and competitive travel package helps to reduce the cost of the visit.

Exhibitions/Trade Shows

Participating in trade shows are also an effective way of meeting potential customers face to face.
UK Trade & Investment provides support through its Tradeshow Access Programme, to groups of UK companies travelling abroad with accredited trade organisations such as trade associations or chambers of commerce, including a grant of £1,800 towards stand costs. In some circumstances you may also be able to attend trade shows on an independent basis and receive a grant of £1,500.
