New President/Lead Ambassador for Wokingham Chamber of Commerce

Mark Walton, Principal, RPS Ltd, based in Market Place, Wokingham has been elected the new President/Lead Ambassador for Wokingham Chamber of Commerce, for a three year term.
Mark said: “This is an exciting time for Wokingham with a number of investment projects either underway or in the pipeline.”
Paul Briggs, Chief Executive, Thames Valley Chamber said: “I look forward to working with Mark and the Chamber Council to grow the Chamber in the area in the coming months.”
Mark Walton is the principal of RPS Ltd a property and asset management practice based in Wokingham. Mark’s main experience is in commercial Property Management within the South East of England although he also has experience in leasing and asset management. Prior to setting up RPS, Mark spent 13 years working on Threadneedle Property Investments portfolio of office, industrial and retail portfolio and latterly with SEGRO.
Wokingham Chamber of Commerce is one of eight local Chambers operating as part of the Thames Valley Group brand. Its purpose is to engage with local businesses under the membership offer and be the voice of business in the area. The Chamber uses its position to lobby at both a local and national level to ensure that legislation is not impeding on business growth and that Wokingham maintains its status as a great place to live and work.
